Greetings to the beings who inhabit this miraculous land,

It has come to the attention of myself and the council of my realm that a member of our vassal state has committed a heinous crime. To dispense proper and fair justice, I call Shire King Cyris Collingwood and King Odin Freysson Ruric to stand by me as we three oversee the trial of Adaranth Ravamyar of the Redclyf Clan.

All involved with the incident are highly encouraged to come forth to the trial to speak as witness to the crime to help in determining a proper punishment for the defendant.

The trial will take place in one and a half Saint’s days. Lookers-on are encouraged to attend, but please be respectful of the court’s proceedings.

O SAINTE RÈGNE PETRÉRE,

HER GRACE, Renilde I, By the Grace of GOD,

Archduchess of the Petra, Countess of Temesch and Moere, Marchioness of the Eastern March, Hero of the Petra

The Norland King reads over the missive, furrowing his brows as he often does, then sets it among the ever-present stack of paperwork near him. He then begins writing summons to fellow Norlanders who may provide witness accounts. "Never a quiet moment."

Princess Caraneth Aryantë Arthalion could not help but feel that she had been passed over in this affair, but she was far too busy slaying giants to pay it much mind in any event. With all the violence she held in her youthful Warlord heart, she did indeed wish ill upon the baby-eaters.

Finding a missive of such news along the river's edge about her home & a flier that seemed to have been lost to the wind, Rhosyn would manage to track the parchment down until the breeze subsided to read its contents in worry. She'd already been shaken up by finding the homes empty, the streets riddled with many bootprints & not a single soul in sight that day before. The teen was outright worried for the man as she'd not seen the damage that could've been caused, though memories fancied her fear upon the decree.

"...." Rhosyn hesitated to say anything at first to herself; as much as she feared the man, she also had the subconscious thoughts to respect him for being older & with more experience of life beneath his belt than she. "...What have ya done...." It was all she could repeat to herself as Rhosyn could feel her hands tremble a bit, her eyes tearing up as she didn't know what to do.
