The Secretary of the Interior, Casimir Marius Vilac, has felt the need to retire from his position as Dobrus Ministri so that new leaders can be forged for Balian. Casimir Vilac has served the Kingdom of Balian faithfully for many years and will continue to do so as he focuses on his duties as Baron of Valio. In addition to stepping down as Dobrus Ministri, Casimir Vilac formally resigns from his position as Camareiro of the Andromedan Court.
