In the dead of night, Liridona woke with a gasp of terror, cold sweat dripping down her forehead and back. She took a few deep breaths, trembling as she sat upon her bed…. before taking to check on her children. Just to be safe.

Henrik Amador had, as he often did, slumped at his desk — head rising with a strangled sound of fear, and hand sending ink cascading from the bottle and down onto the floor with a shatter of glass.

He stared for a long time as it oozed into an unnervingly dark puddle and sank into the wooden floor, waiting for the stain to stare back.

Just a dream, then.

A young Ludovar Dame awoke in the dead of night. Beads of sweat lined her forehead, despite the fact that what covers and blankets had previously covered her had long been kicked unto the floor.

A shiver emerged 'pon this realization, and
the lady in question hastily gathered her blankets and wrapped them around herself.

Naught but the chilly wind outside was heard, per usual for this hour of the night. This was a comforting backdrop to
her slow return to sleep.

The wandering healer, a farseer named Hera, woke up with a gasp. Suddenly, she didn't feel so secure in her tent in the woods. . .

Packing up camp, she pulled her furs in tighter- it was cold where she was going.

Blearily, Queen Amaya rose from her slumber. She had slept beneath the stars in a humble tent that night; searching aimlessly for answers - perhaps from God himself - on the matter of this storm.

The dream, albeit not the answer she desired, ignited a fire within. And so, she softly uttered a vow:

”I will protect them.”

Reinmar’s Master Alchemist, Klaus von Berkhoven, would wake with a jolt and sit up, unsheathing a slayersteel dagger from his bedside in defiance of the perceived glob of eyes that was not there... A dreadful figment of his mind’s design perhaps? “What invoke such a vivid nightmare?” He asked himself.

In any case, the Reinmaren checked on his wife before walking down the stairs to check on his children.

Once done, Klaus would scale the stairs once more and sit at his desk with a piece of wrapped charcoal and paper, then drawing what all he had seen from memory before it was lost.

Watcher awakens in a cold sweat. Hands hold at his blonde head, as cosmically tainted light recedes from the endless depths of his eyes. He looks around, his own breathes ragged and rapid as he thinks:

'Something is missing.'

He makes his way to his desk, grabbing parchment and ink - and he writes. Any hopes of rest are well and truly dashed. He wonders who will listen, this time.

Ser Audo Weiss awoke with a start from the luxury of sleep that night. A jump; a sweat. Raising his hand, he pressed it to his chest as his gaze peeered about the dark of his chambers. After a few moments longer, he sucked in a reluctant breath.

A dream.

A nightmare.

And how familiar it proved to be, after his cognitive mind had awoken enough to process his thoughts. Promptly, he was out of bed and for the first time in his life, he scribbled notes of the dream down into a journal. He glanced back, before he threw on his gambeson, warm lining and his armour. His helmet, of course, was slid on last to leave his solitary gaze glowering out and he stepped out from the doors of his home and into the ongoing storm to continue the search.

Lenora had been talking with her husband- Gusiam when she was "granted" the vision. She used the "Vortice Cheap Goods" cart next to her so she could remain upright as it played out, her husband before her now leaning on the wall as he was granted the same one. After which, they looked to each other as if asking if the other if they were okay after such a sight. Talking about its meaning afterwards.

Verónica woke up from the vision with a gasp, however she did not sit up right away. She had been plagued with nightmares since she was a little girl. This one felt different though.. She eventually sat up, placing her head in her good hand after pulling the covers closer around herself for a brief moment. Once she had processed everything, she got up and struggled to dress herself in her armor and its warm lining with her broken arm. At the door, she took a deep breath before setting out, making sure to lock it behind her.

Heinrich II Lothar woke up in the middle of the night, his sweat covering his body as he rubbed his eyes and sat up straight on the empty bed "Do I not suffer enough, God? You have taken everything from me, do not take away my sanity, my last stronghold. I beg of Thee." He said, struggling to breathe, then laid down again but that night he was not granted sleep again

The cold stone walls in Reinmar did little to settle Eve as she shot up out of bed, in her mind the dark corners of her room held those same deadly eyes. Quickly she lit a candle and grabbed the journal on her bedside, writing down her nightmarish dream.

”What the hell was that?”

Ofeliya Weiss awoke in bed, chilled, gasping and hardly able to breathe. She'd have rushed to her sisters own bed, climbing in, whether there was complaints or not - and cling desperately to her as she had a nightmare . . .
