Dogged 2879 Rep Farm Share Posted August 11, 2024 The Lesanov Protocol WE, the Nations of Canondom, Faithful in God and His Prophets, were saddened to hear of continued turmoil and strife in Our Brother Aaun. Verily, for it is in Our interest, and indeed the interest of the Skies Above, that Peace rules All of Humanity, where the brothers of Harren, Godwin, and Joren live harmoniously in Spirit and Virtue. As the Scroll of Spirit states, “Verily, brother, the Lord GOD is the Most Benevolent, and gives only mercy . . . And verily you must find that pain comes not from the wrath of the Lord, but as we reject Him.” (6:15-16). Mercy and love are the callsigns of the Believers of the One True Faith, and none moreso are called to follow this commandment than All of Humanity, for “the Skies are given over to the sons of Horen.” (Aus. 3:12). Despite this, we arm ourselves in weapons of bloodshed and violence, foregoing the promises of purity We have made to the Maker Above. Lo, for as the Prophet Owyn admonishes, “So I find that you are strict in your arms, but lax in your prayers. But to pray is to gird the spirit. The hand of GOD is the greatest weapon to bear, and His word is the paramount strategy. There can be no laxity in faith for any reason, not war nor peace, not wealth nor poverty. The Lord lasts through all adversities, for He is their source and their remedy—without Him, they are uncured.” (Sp. 2:11-14). All is not lost! We shall remember that the Creator of the Universe has “placed into your heart a wealth of virtue, and I have created for you a garden of abundance.” (Vrt. 2:7). Harken to this Gift, for “[f]or the abundance of the spirit is never divided, but multiplied.” (Vrt. 2:9) nor does the Fruit of Virtue rot. (Vrt. 2:2). With the Teachings of the Prophets close to the Soul of Our Hearts, We, the Nations of Canondom, have come together in the halls of Valdev, the abode of the House of Bihar, in order to pursue the proclamation of the Faith and the attainment of His Divine Commands. We, the Nations of Canondom, have met with Our Cousin Charles the Second, the King of Aaun, to bid to him the grievances of his realm and the World, and with open arms come to find Restitution and Peace within All of Humanity. Thereupon, We, the Nations of Canondom, make the following decrees . . . Charles the Second, the King of Aaun, hereby abdicates the throne in favor of his heir, Godwin, the Prince of Alstion; The former Charles the Second, the King of Aaun, and his wife, Hedwig, are to take monastic vows and swear the remaining life upon the earth in service to the Church of the Canon; The former Charles the Second, the King of Aaun, and his wife, Hedwig, are exiled from the Kingdom of Aaun and the mainland continent, to take up residency for their remaining life upon the earth on the Isle of Dibley; And, the High Pontiff Deunoro and the Church of the Canon are to hold regency over the Kingdom of Aaun until the young Godwin, the Prince of Alstion, is of the age of sixteen. With Earnest Love of Humanity, Marus III, King of Hanseti and Ruska Alexander II, King of Balian Leon II, Prince in Reinmar Frederica, Princess in Reinmar Charles II, King of Aaun Deunoro I, High Pontiff

tadabug2000 4922 Share Posted August 11, 2024 A young Monarch read the missive, hope tinging her voice. "Does this mean the war is done? DIOS must of answered the peoples prayers!" Or so she hoped, really really hoped. She left the confines of her office, for the church, where she knelt in prayer to DIOS Almighty.

esotericas 2674 Share Posted August 11, 2024 "And so the men who could be great refuse to be great, and the world remains unchanged," murmured an Alchemist, reading over the missive. She frowned, and began to draft a letter to an 'Edda.' Far across the Heartlands, a young princess spent some hours poring over the missive, puzzling out its words and quotations. When she reached the bottom, the bonnie princess Charlie of Aaun, second of her name, stared in horror at the word exiled, and wondered what might happen to her family.

"So, forasmuch as the Nordling and the Renatian had said onto us that they would see the injustices of this King be deposed, and here the injustices are, as deposed as ever, then let us see if they shall attack a realm under the stewardship of the High Pontiff himself, and the Church of the Canon, who is innocent of the charges accused of the one Charles Alstion, and the one whom the Aurelianist Renatians have deferred judgement onto in their decleration of war in the first place. Attack the High Pontiff, if you must. But do not make it of justice, for the Pontiff has done good onto the lands of Ravenmire." Adelmar of Kretzen remarks somewhere else.
