Looking for a persona to play

I'd like to play somebody's son, preferably no one under the age of 16, though if im desperate ill go for 13. 
Wether it be dwarf, human or halfling im up for it. (No elf or Orc though, already have them as personas)

I'd like no restrictions to the character outside of physical appearance and culture.
I'm fairly active, however this would be a side persona that'd be shadow'd by my main. Events related to the character will be 9/10 attended 'less im busy on the main persona

(i'll play this character until their inevitable death, which I will PK on)
