For indeed, Silasia which once was Brabant, was founded by the late Ser Sterling Whitewood, who had squired in Barrowton during the reign of Lord-Father Númenatâr, when he still was known as Uriel Pendraic. In this regard, our realms, by rights, ought to have much principle in common. Yet it seems that Silasia has faltered. Per their most recent missive, they have opted to land a collective of known gatherings of brigands. For the safety and security of eastern Aevos, the Númenaranyë cannot permit such a disturbance as a BANDIT STATE to rise.

WHEREAS, the Kingdom of Númendil perceives the rise of chaos in the East as a threat to our own security;

   Now let it not be said that we are without mercy, people of Silasia. If indeed your choice to abet these ne’er-do-wells has been based on ignorance of those clans’ past ill deeds, we shall not hold it against you. Cast them out.
