Alexandra of Aldersberg albeit absent for the particular occurrence had received proper recount of the story, she clasped her hand in prayer many nights under the altar and thanked GOD for his advocacy in the actions of Edward and Cecily. It seemed as the divinity that once showered the Apostolic state has returned with the coming of Prince Edward. "Amen." Her whispers echoed in the empty chapel, as the good word of the omen spread throughts the lands of Aaun and the other domains of the Canonists.

Joseph Frederick mulled over the memory of the proposal; any shadows of doubt, any misgivings he held toward Edward, Cecily, or the nature of their union, were swiftly dispelled by the serendipitous omen. To the mind of the Preussens, it was certain— GOD had laid bare his will.

The man of no home, merely a knight of the realms of man, Ser Richard who stood there with his many compatriots on this day received the missive via courier, it would be handed to his comrade Ser Oliver before unto him, the fellow knight spoke, "Ser, a letter has come in."

The men were on the road and as of late never stayed in one place for long, Ser Richard smirked at the missive, "It was a good feast, and surely we did wine and dine with many that evening. Mayhaps some of us indulged too much into their stores of wine and ale."

He said aloud with a hearty chuckle, "I saw so many faces from many corners of the lands of Canondom. I am hopeful for the couple and their supporters to breathe new life into these lands, to heal the plight that those who came before them wrought."

Charles found himself at the foot of an alter in the dead of night, his gaze fixed on the Lorrainian cross hanging above him. He'd been in fervent prayer for what seemed as hours.

"I come to you as your humble servant, my Lord GOD."

With his hands clasped together, he continued to pray,
"Bring the Princess Cecily and the Prince Edward good fortune, for with all my heart I see the virtuous and pious. I beg of you to protect them and shield them from sinners who would see them harm."

He continued to pray, only finishing his prayers as the sun rose beyond of the peaks of Langkette.

Camilla Falkner sat next to the royal couple, listening to their words with a smile as her cousin came to her side. She placed a hand upon his. "There is hope for Alstion and Aaun, a couple of which is a breath of fresh air. Even now they have conjured more people in one instance then has been seen in these lands in decades." The old woman pondered history and the vision of the United Kingdom of Aaun that she had been brought up with and how the couple could be the first Alstions in generations to bring life back to the mission of Charles I.
