metaplay and high levels of OOC organization are supported by the server on an institutional level. banning the worst offenders can only go so far in making LOTC less OOC-oriented.

HogoBojo had no part in anything the Vinovians did, I invited him to help moderate the discord as I have invited multiple staff members to do likewise.

Please do not try to snake HogoBojo or say anything bad about him, he is a good guy and he was a good admin. I am so sorry that the actions of my group has resulted in his removal. I wish I could never have invited them.

In seriousness, sucks. I thought the Vivonian's were interesting at least from an RP perspective.
But i guess sometimes eagerness & wished on results get's the best of us at times. RP sometimes is gruelingly slow & you have to jump through 18 hoops & wait for other people to do the same to get to your destination. Thus easier options to bypass that become more lucrative. Sure you might bring x or y as a reason, why the server is how it is & what it should be & how people don't like x & y and so on and so on. But that's a bit nuts.
OOC does play a part & always will. That's inescapable, but there are limits. It is what it is. Gotta be better at selling your ideals & how they're gonna work i guess.

You’re truly one of the few friends I have left from LotC, and I can’t express enough how much I appreciate you. You’ve always been there for me, through thick and thin. You’ve celebrated my wins and supported me through my setbacks. You're such a good person, and I hope you really see that. Keep your head high, because everything you’ve learned from your time as an Admin has only made you stronger and more capable. Whether you stay with LotC or pursue new ventures in real life, all those experiences will guide you to even greater things.
 

I know leaving something you’ve poured so much of yourself into isn’t easy, especially when you've spent years giving your all to the server. But the impact you’ve made is undeniable. Countless players are having a blast because of the work you’ve done, and the events your team hosted brought joy and laughter to so many. Your team’s accomplishments are something you should be immensely proud of. As a past member of your team, I feel so fortunate to have worked with you. You’ve always had the server’s best interests at heart, even when it meant sacrificing your time for other things. Truly, I doubt many players know what you've given up to help them. That’s a true testament to how selfless and dedicated you are.

Even though this is an end of your Admin era, you are going to do some amazing things my friend. Thank for your committment to your team and to the server of LotC.
