Most Noted Player - Auvreaeath

Just as an off side - calling this most noted player makes a bit more sense rather than Player of the week...

Regardless, I would like to say congratulations to Auvreaeath!

His hard work on the app team and helping throughout the forums has brought him into the lime light! Here is our little interview~

Lirinya: First off I want to say Congrats on making POTW, I know you didn't expect it. What was your first reaction when it was rumoured to you?

Auvreaeath: I can't exactly say I had to much of a reaction, my friend Servius, also the last POTW, said that he knew who it was going to be, which of course being me I was instantly curious, so he told me he had suggested this player to you and you said you agreed.. At first I was thinking of who it was so I mentioned other names such as Nero's or Hawks and he would continously say no to them. When you told me I was actually really excited since, I didn't think I'd ever be POTW. :P

Lirinya: Haha well I will have to have 'words' for him telling you *grins evilly, feather in hand*. So I'd like to know a bit more about you and your character, tell me, what did you think when you first stepped foot in Aegis?

Auvreaeath:That I couldn't believe I got through the ridicously long Application process, getting help from the one who accepted me into Aegis I'd been suprised at first. Then I made that post related to the topic of "What did you do when you first joined". Then when it came to In Character I was quite nervous as I didn't really RP before, I was playing in fear of messing up or doing one thing wrong but with more help I quickly learned how to play and I got into the mass RP provided from this server. Meeting fellow Elves along the way who offered me protection and shelter Auvreaeath grew to like this land. Yet not knowing who his parents were and seeking information from those monks who constantly repeated the same words over and over again I simply seeked out a reputation.

Lirinya:Aye rather like me when I first joined. What it what you first expected? Did the expecience differ to that of what you initially expected?

Auvreaeath: Some odd spelling you got their. :P But I think I understand sleepy Liri, It actually did differ, I expected it to be a fun RP experience, but when I got the hand of things I found out it was more than fun, it was beyond amazing I must say. The first week of playing is what still drives me to believe Lord of the Craft deserves the title of #1 Roleplaying Server in the entire Minecraft community(s). So yes, it did differ from what I thought but, it leads to a perspective where, when I made my Application I didn't know what fully lay ahead as I was a darn Wandering Soul and I did not get to understand the full experience.

So looking back to when you first joined, do you like how Aegis has evolved? Or did you prefer it back how it was on your first visit?

Auvreaeath: I love how Aegis has evolved actually, though I joined late I did actually follow Aegis for months before I joined, mainly watching candles videos. Who was/is a Ascened? But that leads to what I asked Native before if we could get a map of Aegis today before the new world which I may or may not know the name of.

Lirinya: Not sure if they were an Ascended or a sage ._.;;

Speaking of evolution, how has your character evolved? I believe I met you briefly in Laurelin not too long ago but wasn't able to RP much~

Auvreaeath: Hmm, well Auv has evolved quite quickly for an elf. He was at first quite poor and normally begged for food but then he ended up joining the Rangers of the Forest, promptly leaving afterword he joined the Wardens. I didn't know much about the Wardens other that by being a Warden I was automaticlly called oocly a terrible RPer and one who didn't belong. But even with these words I stayed as a Warden because they were all quite nice at times. Now that the Wardens are in a time of disorganization as there will not be a Wardens in 2.0 I merely continue trying to help the Vanguard as a Warden stationed there by Sythra and Quazar and do whatever I can to help Galahar, or Laurelin out. Sometime between Joining the Wardens and Quazar becoming a Prince I actually began RPing another character which is a Human so I get double the RP experience. :D

Lirinya: Aye it can be nice to have duel characters. It gives you a complete different RP experience. What do you think about the community LOTC has? What do you think about the people both in game and on the forums?

Auvreaeath: The Community that LOTC has? Is Absolutely amazing, when I joined they allowed me entry, almost everyone opened their arms and welcomed me into the community they were all amazing to me and I loved their greetings but then I got to meet someone who I truely look up to now.. Native, was one of the first Administrators who I'd been able to get a reply from and actually meet and from there I knew he was a amazing administrator and that he surely deserved his position, I think on the forums everyone is amazing, no matter what rank they are I find them all equal and I respect everyone. I've met some people who haven't been to kind to me but I actually wish that maybe I will get to know them better and solve everything out. Now, In Game, everything is taken to a higher level, it's as if everyone changes and actually play as their characters disregarding things in that so called real world. :P It is amazing to be able to simply log in and RP for maybe just 30 minutes with others simply talking.

Lirinya: Aye I know what you mean, sometimes I just stand and talk with people who pass by. It's nice to think people can still fall into spontanious [sp?] RP rather than have to have something trigger it, such as an event. Speaking of RP, what do you think is the most interesting RP experience you have ever had?

Auvreaeath:Hmm, I can't say, I don't think I have a most interesting, It goes from plain out talks to wars all of the time. If I have to say a most interesting it was when I was in Laurelin and Deltaro strolled along we walked around and then Nero came in as well. We walked to the Docks when Deltaro spotted a Female Elf, he then shouted Girl in the teamspeak and ran towards her whispering "a female" to the both of us. Eventually Nero got hit in the back of the had plenty of times as he and Deltaro flirted with her and then they both got rejected as she said she was a Lesbian. Which also reminds me of a time in the Orc Nation when I got to RP with Mogroka, I gave him a Golden Sword representing the Wardens still remained loyal to our pact and he gave me a bow. Then a Orc said the leader of the Purge was a Lezben and the Orcs began wondering what clan that was. xD

To be truely honest though, there is no most interesting... On my Elf and my Human, everytime I take a break from everything else and begin to RP, everything begins to get interesting. The RP being Serious to it being plain out wacky.

Lirinya:Typical Deltaro...What, if anything do you think is your greatest achievement both in game and on the forums?

Auvreaeath: Allow me to finish eating a choclate muffin :P Yumm, I'd have to say In Game, Being who I am today or basically getting Accepted. And on the Forums? I think Native letting me be on the Application Team is my Greatest Achievment, but the greatest thing to me.. Is being able to meet everyone, rather via plain posts or messages, or if they reply to my wacky threads in the off topic section.
