--Upon making one of her rare visits outside of the Silver City, Suika reads the bulletin. The drapery at the end of the bustle on her dress sags as she holds her parasol up to block the sun that is inhibiting her reading. Suika skims through most of the notes on the board; upon briefly looking at this one, she moves on. It takes about a half second before she looks back on the note, her eyes slightly squinting as she reaches for the monocle in her left silk pouch. Closely examining the letter, she breathes a sigh of mixed emotions.

"People are taking the steps toward maturation..." She says, barely audible to the bustle of townsfolk around her. A few seconds pass before she adds, "Haelun'or College is, however,...for more advanced..."

And with that she gives her parasol a slight twirl and continues to stroll down the main street of the town, eyes watching the ground with a calm, collected and calculating tint. Her eyes which also normally carry a look of disappointment upon other races begins lightens by the ever so slightest shade--

Licios notices one of leaflets from university. After reading it trough, he rummages his backpack until he manages to find empty sheet of paper an quill. After writing a letter he arranges it to be delivered to Redmagnet University.

Titled: "To acting headmaster of Redmagnet University"

Greetings.

I've heard of your university and it has sparked my curiosity. I'm an explorer and scholar originally from Aegis, and I send this letter to inquire about possibilities of joining as student to your magic section.

I regret that I'm incapable of approaching you in person, but my travels have taken me far from your location and I believe this letter shall reach you faster than I would. Should you decide to respond, I usually stay in Kal'Alras, so that would be best location to send a response.

Should it be permitted, I'll visit Redmagnet as soon as possible on my return, to discuss of possibilities, and to answer any questions you might have, as I feel such are best handled face to face.

((as I see actual headmaster has not been active for last month on forums, I felt it'd better to write this here than to send directly to someone I'm not sure is leading the university atm.))

((Interesting idea though Haelun'or does have a quite extensive university, we do appear to lack the organization and students, I scincerely hope your idea does succeed and I wish you the best of luck))
