The Rex's Targoth

I am going to be assigning a Targoth of the Orcs. Even though the Krughai is no longer in existence, I would still like to have someone who would basically be 2nd in charge and be doing things during the Rex's absence and aiding the Rex in battle. He will be doing the things the Rex will ask him to do such as RPly it is not the Rex's job to tell soldiers to line up etc the Targoth would do those jobs. The Targoth is also required to side with the Rex in time of civil war/battle.

​The Targoth will be removed by the Rex's will and only his and be assigned by the Rex's will and only his.

 

​The Targoth position is mainly to be utilized during the Rex's absence if he is offline or cannot make it to a battle.

The Targoth Rules/Guidelines

 

• The Targoth is required to follow the Rex's orders at all times.
• The Targoth must only give suggestions to the Rex, not orders.
• The Targoth is not to act on behalf of the War-Nation.
• The Targoth is to be replaced/removed from the position as the Rex pleases for valid reasons.
• The Targoth is required to lead a secondary group in specific situations.
• The Targoth must be loyal to the Rex.
• The Targoth will not be treated differently by the War-Nation but only listened to in the Rex's absence.
• The Targoth must not be the Wargoth or Chieftain of his own clan as this may divert loyalties. 
• The Title of Targoth can only be challenged for by an Elder of any clan that is part of the War-Nation and not banished.
• The Targoth has nor Political or Militaristic influence over the War-Nation. The Targoth is an assistance in battle/war to the Rex.
• The Targoth must follow the Honour code AT ALL TIMES
