What I'm seeing is every post about how people disagree with the OP are being removed by FM's. Before this most likely gets deleted, I'd like to say that I think many of these things are not very good ideas, very much including the rid of OOC channel. What's the meaning of that? It's shown next to no RP decrease and actually more than half of the exceptional RP'ers use it. Most of the call it BrOOC or something... idk. But literally there is no reason to get rid of it. LOTC has ALWAYS had it. No complaints have been made either. If you wish to not be in the OOC channel then do /leave ooc simple as that. It should be a choice. :/

If in need of another GM, I recommend Geo, he is a good person. Even though I don't RP with him or see him often, I'veh eard lots of good about him.                                                                                                                               EDIT: Removal of the whitelisting system is not to much of a good idea in my opinion, that might make it easier for rival servers to get in and mess RP up.
