The venerated society of the mali'aheral shall reform the position of Maheral in order to preserve and protect their venerated society. ~ Kalenz Uradir Referendum: The Title of Maheral -The blessed residents of mali'aheral land recognize the Maheral as an example of the epitome of purity. The position therefore shall become a position acquired by a former Sohaer who leaves his or her office as a result of choice, rather than a result of a crime of impurity or misdemeanor.The mali'aheral recognize the wisdom of Sohaers present and past. Even though a Sohaer may step down from his position, their wisdom and guidance is still respected and taken into consideration within the blessed Enclave of Haelun'or. It is therefore that this title becomes one acquired after one vacates the office of Sohaer. -The blessed residents of mali’aheral land shall permit the Maheral within the Maheral's tower above the eternal library of Lin'evaral. The Maheral as a revered figure within the culture of the mali'aheral shall reside high above the cihi where he may observe the goings on of the blessed denizens of Haelun'or. This tower shall be inhabited by one Maheral at a time and in the event one Sohaer steps down while another still resides in the tower, he shall have to vacate to make room for the incoming Maheral while simultaneously relinquishing his title. -The blessed residents of mali'aheral land shall grant the Maheral the authority of a Tilruir in order to carry out his oversight of Haelun'or as a whole. The mali'aheral recognize once more the wisdom of the Maheral and therefore grant him the authority of a Tilruir. Mali'aheral are expected to revere and follow the will of the Maheral so that they may be guided to a higher state of purity. This authority may be revoked by a vote of the Triumvirate in the event that such is deemed necessary. This document and all articles within are designed for the benefit of mali’aheral kind. Furthermore, this document is liable to change should the people of mali’aheral land deem it required. Anything that is not outlined within these laws shall be considered legal.
