Dwarves don't really live in the outer settlements, bar Vaerhaven. Brom'Krah's empty, Whitescar's full of Adunians and Kastoria just has humans. Wiping out the holds holds no benefit to the dwarves.

Another key issue is the distance. We should monopolize on the road next to the ministry, if we get permission. To make the distance closer to cloud temple.

Holds aren't the fault, we're at war so naturally people are going to be nearer to the front lines. It's distance. We're quite far from cloud temple following the road, hence why  we should build our own.

As active cities I mean in at least 5-10 people online during high hours.

Adunian hold- ok

Vaerhaven- ok

Kastoria- maybe

And yes it should go to the King and Thorin should stop handing out land ;)

Should militarize the holds we do not want or cannot sustain themselves, the RP reasoning for such is so that we have more places of defense in between ourselves and invading armies. This way if needed we have extra security and we don't need to worry about populating them afterwards. By destroying the holds we are essentially razing our own cities and giving up defensive strong points.

Perhaps a slums should be built on the outskirts of VaerHaven to accommodate a population increase if needed. I honestly don't think every Jarl needs to become part of a council, depending on how dependable our current Jarl of VaerHaven ((Can't remember him/her for the life of me at this moment)) he/she should be able to manage VaerHaven or handpick assistants who know the city well enough to be of help.

Kastoria can stay. It is home to the Celets with atleast 25+ active

I know for a fact it is active

All I have to say is bullshit. There is no way Kastoria is 25+, my reasoning for this is the city is dead every time I visit. Maybe you have 25 houses sold but limited RP is occuring there if any at all.

Humans who are part of the Kal'Azgoth Nation should keep their holds, and the rest of the Dwarven holds be demolished and closed. This will result in most of the Dwarves coming back to Kal'Azgoth and acutally living there AS IT SHOULD BE.

I think we should centralize our humans under us into one area, some of there holds are absurd and just seem like they are built so that some of jarls can have a massive house.

The reasoning for all of the Holds, well when I was a Dwarf was for Economical and Military Purposes.  They didn't want Kal'Urguan to be a Mining/Farming/Lumber Camp and they wanted each Hold to trade among st one another for production and raw materials.  It was a good system but I don't think that it works at all anymore.  In terms of Military, the more settlements you have the harder it is to take land from another Nation, If they don't give up at all and surrender their Hold from being destroyed.

There are nine holds controlled by the dwarves, Kal'Azgoth, Kal'Urir, Kal'Alras, Kal'Rin, Vaerhaven, Kastoria, Barbek, Brom'Krah and Dal'Cais.

Kal'Azgoth is the central area for the dwarven race as a hole so it is going to stay.

Kal'Urir is the small hold owned by the Doomforge and really serves no purpose other than it being a house fer the Doomforge.

Kal'Alras is an empty area we used to repopulate the old Kal'Halla but from what I hear is empty and also serves no purpose.

Kal'Rin was mean't to be the new city built for the old residents of Kal'Halla so they could live inside dwarven lands but construction was cancelled and so it really isn't a hold.

Vaerhaven is where most of our elves go and is a town with a lot of fruitful RP, the town also harbors many villains which gives the legion something to do most of the time.

Kastoria has had bad days and good days and after the Edict was placed into it, it gained a bigger populace however after a while there has been no RP there, however I believe it should stay as  the Nieric Order are now living there and there are a few edict members still active there, it dosn't have the biggest populace but it's populated.

Barbek may only have 2 or 3 members living inside of it but they have HUGE farms that supply the Kingdom with most of our food and so think of it more as a farm not a hold.

Brom'Krah did used to have quite a few people however it is now a ghost town and serves no purpose other then taking up space, so in honesty we could remove it as theres not really any point of it being there.

Dal'Cais is where the entire Adunian race (Except for those few rebels) lives and /always/ has RP in it, in my opinion it should stay.

Nope. We have a base there, and at training time there is 25+ at the base, you may go there at bad times

I think we should move everyone into Kal'azgoth but make a few districts were all the burrows are. Mine out like 3 tunnels and there can be housing districts for the holds. This won't seclude everyone as there can be a rule saying that you aren't aloud to trade in the City districts only in the market.

Sound good?

Honestly, Kastoria and Barbek can go. Barbek is dead 99% of the time and Kastoria breaks our laws (public worship of beings not of the Brathmordakin).

Kastoria has converted to our religion, there is a church there and all, of course you wouldn't know that because you're banned, and like I previously stated Barbek is more of a farm then a hold.

Alright then, knock over Brom then atleast. Brom was always abandoned, from beginning of the server to my banning.

Aye to that.

Vaerhaven still sees a lot of RP. Keep it, along with kastoria and whitescar. These three seem to be the main holds. Barbek can go as well as Brom'Ka, since they are very inactive. kal'urir stays, as I dont think its considered a hold, but a whole thing of its own.
