I agree it can be annoying,(Just an example) but i you are RP fighting with 4 or so people and are discussing something, its hard to maintain a conversation in tells and would be complicated. Would be cool if you could talk to more then one person in a /tell.

Yeah, /tell is good for one person, but when you have to speak to an entire group, perhaps A GUILD, tells or even PMs can't reach all of the people. It might bother some, but most of us don't really mind OOC if it has a clear purpose.

At least if people use /w for OOC in small groups...

I hate it when there's 3 people RP fighting, within 3 blocks of each other and are spamming the whole area with ((DONT POWERGAME PL0X)). Really annoying, especially around the Sanctuary, where I tend to hang out. Gives newbies a bad impression too.

Well, I'd recommend The Great Blizzard by me ;) All we need from the event team is the addition of snow to the Halfling lands, and perhaps some wolves to attack. The event by Huuki, an attack from a few great spiders sounds very cool, too.
