Daily Reminder that having a written schedule for your routines is great to help plan study times and organization in general. Especially for those of you going to college this fall. I highly recommend Google Calendars and printing out a color copy of a schedule which has your wake up time, meal time, classes, study times, and when you are working out. Any blank space is free time to use as you wish!
