      While I can definitely tell you put a lot of effort into this, the potential to abuse this magic, were it to be implemented, is far too high. Even if someone were to stay in the magics "Limits" they would still be able to "Increase" their speed, and with the amount of people that can dodge/block attacks with ridiculous accuracy nowadays, something that will encourage that is something I don't think LOTC needs. A great effort, but my vote is No.
