      Well in all honesty, there is little reason for anyone to be out of shape. It is actually less realistic to be out of shape. Considering the time period LoTC bases in, everyone is incredibly active. Knights in hundred pound armor sweat alot. The only people who should be fat are nobles. But for some reason the image of a fat, rich noble is entertaining
