King Lachlan stood in front of the throne, facing one of his thane's, Hernan Tuairnear. With Hernan giving up his land in hopes of a better duchy, King Lachlan and the other thanes decided his title of Mormaer was no longer relevant as he had no land to be Mormaer of. With a sigh, King Lachlan Elendil stated to the public that Hernan was to have his title removed until further noticed. Filled with hate and rage, Hernan stormed out of Ildicia, claiming to never come back. Stunned by this, the Thanes quickly held yet another meeting in the throne room to decide what was to become of Hernan and the Tuairnear family. After hours of debate, a unanimous decision was made amongst the Adunian nobles: Removal and Banishment of Hernan Tuairnear For the safety and well being of Adunia, Hernan Tuairnear is to be killed on sight if spotted on Adunian land. His banishment will last eternity as decided by the Thane's council and King Lachlan Elendil. With this Edict, Belondric Armas will write and proclaim all edicts for His Majesty, Lachlan Elendil. All titles held by Hernan Tuairnear are hereby removed and all claims to future acquired lands are given to the Thane's council to decide on ownership and what will become of it.
