hahaha I remember when I was on the WT and nodes were broken for a while, we couldn't even add temporary resource pits for players using ******* WORLD EDIT because it had to go through administration first

delegation of tasks and different levels of trust are necessary to create a cohesive team. the one good thing about having these team 'admins' is that they are basically involved in the community more than a general admin ever will be. Directors are a shoddy substitute which is essentially just a "management" position.

I'd basically be useless without @SquakHawkif he wasn't on my management team, they're very vital and essential to run these teams, the delegation of trust is important, even with volunteers.

obviously staff is too slow, but there's no way to change that. If you want staff to be faster and better you need to join it...
