He was the brother to Alec who was the older brother, and the stronger one. His family consisted of horse breeders living near the House Rovin. Eventually Shagya and Horace grew ill thus causing Jeff and Alec to fetch them resources in order to aid their illness, however when they returned it was too late, his parents were dead. Jeff and his brother became homeless and began to search for work around Adunia. They dug threw trash and were granted food from the Rovins. Despite being poor his Jeff and his brother made decent cash helping the Rovins, Voron and Jack, build in their architect company thus allowing them to buy better clothing. They soon were granted a room by the Rovins for their hard work in House Rovin. Jeff also made friends with the Asura family, who enjoyed to brew ale in the Rovin club. What are they like (personality)?: Jeff is ambitious however extremely shy. He will do anything if asked however he will feel awkward doing it. He is best friends with his brother, Voron and Regal however dislikes anyone else. Jeff is harmless however will try to defend himself if attacked. Jeff learned how to fist fight with his constant brawls with his brother. What are their ambitions?: Jeff wishes to join the Adunian Garda and serve under King Lachlan and with Voron. He also wishes to become rich off the Rovin Architecture business. Do they have any special skills?: Jeff knows how to construct buildings along with the riding of horses, however he feels that horses are smarter creatures than other humans think.
