    I propose the direct control of the staff, where they rule LotC in a hierarchy, the moderators and above having utmost power while those lower govern over the cliques of different RP and OOC groups where they will be put as the elite. Meaning the staff have absolute power and have the right to punish us with their current whims. Oh wait, LotC is already like this. :3
