Not really a fan of all this custom weapon stuff, i’m more a fan of 1.9 pvp with a magic plugin or CRP just so lotc’s combat system can be more in line with the fantasy vibe. If you want to be a goon and just hit the roads and click and whine about mechanics, sit down and start typing emotes and you’ll see how much more flavorful it is. 🦍

humans have used it many times in the past as a shitty excuse for oocly driven roleplay or have used it as a shitty excuse to kill, bandit, or murder for no reason. Also another thing is that its the excuse for why humans exile people they dont like after they die by saying ‘x person is undead!!!’ but ignore it for people like their own leaders and ooc friends.

Anyone ever notice how there seems to be a correlation between having a lot of gms in a single nation, and that nation’s gms being biased?

If one faction has a bunch of gms, they feel safer as they have a bunch of people to back them up.
@Braxisstop stacking the GM team with too many people from the same nation.

The idea at least for my two tenures now stretching about 10-12 months now is that a manager is to be totally unbiased when handling anything. I’ve banned my friends for as long as a normal player because that is ultimately fair. I’d do the same for anyone regardless of the situation. When I was a manager I was told that any of my opinions on even my own friends/nation/etc was valid because a manager was to be absolutely unbiased and make choices as a group instead of a singular. That being said, almost all choices made by the mods aren’t done singularly and are talked about by at least 3-4 different mods from all around.

Will there actually be compensation for the mistake the World Team made here? Two major settlements (Renelia and Krugmar) lost chunks of their builds due to the world edit. Will it just be rolled back & forgotten about or will there be at least something to compensate these two playerbases?
