    I think if you have a leadership persona on either side of an ongoing conflict i.e. rebellion or war and you choose to fight on an alternative persona to avoid consequence to your leadership character then mods should allow the victors to take your leader persona hostage, regardless of if they were at the conflict or not, as long as you yourself were.

      I think there’s a fine line between fighting on an alternate persona that’s a legitimate character that you’ve played/play actively, and fighting on a character named “Waldemar of Waldenia.”

    It’s genuinely disappointing that participating in wars depends solely on being added to a world guard region, rather than actual roleplay. I thought this wasn’t supposed to be a factions server? @itdontmatta

      LotC is what you make of it. A year ago, I would’ve said it’s a factions pvp server with roleplay elements. Today, I’d say it’s a roleplay server with minimal pvp. In actuality though, roleplay should always come first.

    Love that the pvpers are usually the ones shitposting, but now it's crp default they're cracking out the essay writing skills and performing mental gymnastics to make their case.

    i just woke up as a casual eu player and decided to make a fun olog app. after writing it for quite some time i was basically instantly denied... i hope someone can tell me what i did wrong on my app and why the only reason i was given was 'you did better than others.' what does that even mean..?

    Really do think that there should be a bit more ban transparency on LOTC. People should be fairly informed the exact reasons for their bans instead of getting R bombed for weeks at a time and given the nebulous 'it was a team decision' response.
