We were told it is possible, has it might have been a familial attribute. Either way, as said, this is STILL a work in progress, so everyone clam down

This seems alot more like a whole new Race rather than just a simple culture You should atlest have a base draft of your WIP and know how you want them before you go Rping them Exactly like another race even asking if you can have your race set to snow elf.
