Let it be known the individual known as Xel Oussana is a menace to society and is to be killed on sight within the grounds of New Malinor by the Lumi'drim. Also Let is be known that from this day on he is cast out from the Oussana clan his crimes to great and his mind so damaged he would corrupt and do his foul deeds to his own kin may he never tarnish the name again.

 

 

Xel Oussana is a stain on our community his crimes great and truly low like filth that we might find in swers. He seeks to spread evil in our community his words and actions both evil and twisted seeking to bring us down to his lowly level but we must stand up to him and we have. From this day on Xel Oussana is marked as a Varsele and is to be driven from the city with any means the lumi’drin and Citizen see fit. He is banished from Malinor and her lands for the rest of eternity. You are Varsele. Damned and Deranged. You have no place among the sane, rational and peaceful.

 

A few of his crimes he has commited are attempted murder,The near Death of a mother and her unborn child. The assault members of the lumi’drin and citizens of malinor. Using blood magic a dark and forbidden art and only using it to kill and the manipulation of a young female still a child in our elven eyes, using her age emotion and weakness to control her. In the city of Abesi he used his blood magic to control a young women also he has been seen with ones from the north and its cult he may be assisting. 

 

Citizens Are encouraged to bring any more crimes he is guilty off so they may be added to his list.May his four stain be gone from Malin forests and us his children live in peace.

((Could you link me the lores and give me the other two mages? I have never seen any, and from what I know BOTH blood magics that existed are either removed or gone without any information on them remaining. You can send me a PM if you want, actually I would advise it.))
