SirSnowMan 318 Share Posted January 9, 2014 Updated as of Jan/15/14 The forces made up of Oren and fellow allies get ready for the final assault upon the Dwarven held base on the other side of the Frontline. Both Knights and Orcs are seen running across the walls near Cloudwater, preparing their weapons and suiting up for what would surely be a bloodbath of war. Soon warhorns sound, and both the forces of man and Orc begin their charge. Date and Time [Negotiable] Sunday, January 19th [3:00 EST - 8:00 GMT] Manpower [Attacker] The Kingdom of Oren and Allies [Defender] Dwarven Nation and Allies Location and Boundaries [if this needs to be changed again, contact the NLs of Oren] Type of Battle This battle will be an Invasion/Continuation of Conquest Quote Invasion: One nation invades another. An invasion only takes place in the nation being invaded. The invader has initiative. After the first battle, if at any time the defender owns all of their territories, they win. This means that if the invader loses the first battle, they immediately lose the invasion. The invader cannot attack that nation for three Elven months unless that nation attacks them. They can still attack other nations, however. Rewards If Attacker Wins: The Dwarven Frontlines and surrounding lands is claimed as theirs If Defender Wins: These forces will keep their Frontlines and surrounding area as theirs Terms [Can be discussed more in TeamSpeak by Nation Leaders] [Will not use Trench War System for Battle] [Trench War System will still be used until Saturday] -No One Day Alts - No Potions - No Brews - No Golden Apples - No Glitching of any form - No Enchanted Weapons - No Enchanted Armor - No Fish - No Enderpearls - No Breaking Blocks -No Building/Placing Blocks on Enemy Land, Placing Ladders is Acceptable

Tethras 278 Share Posted January 9, 2014 ((Uh half that land is around Kal'Ithrun. It would only make sense that you do a siege to take it. Rather than being able to claim the land up to our very gates with a battle. I mean you're not taking the range of the siege weapons or the fact that it's a Capital into account here. Feel free to message me, another lord or Spuller if you want to sort out the area to claim. Since it seems you're basically trying to claim the land right in front of Kal'Ithrun without taking it. ))

Z3r05t4r 855 Share Posted January 9, 2014 Silus scratches his nose with an annoyed expression, back in the safety of Abresi in his home. He focuses on developing a new lock mechanism which requires two keys at the same time to be opened. "Hm. Since the dwarves are forced to side with the darkness, we dear humans attack them because they are siding with the darkness. It's so odd. I hate fighting dwarves, so yet another battle I will not fight in, I guess." Shrugging he focuses back on his work.

I don't understand how people are trying to claim the land without taking it >.>. [] Because you don't take areas of land. How would you hold it? Just leave your soldiers milling around in a field all day? You take the fort that watches over that land, in this case, it's the dwarven trenches and the underground dwarf fort. That's what's being warclaimed here. So can we use our defensive trebs in the fight? Trebuchets are for knocking down castle walls. I doubt Oren's going to wheel a fort up to Ithrun. Daisy 9739 Share Posted January 10, 2014 After much OOC discussion with our commanders, lords and the King, we have decided that we will be denying the terms for this warclaim. Due not little to no communication with us beforehand about the terms, and providing little chance for us to even discuss them with you. If you wish to post another warclaim on our lands, please speak with us first. Your claim, which literally includes the front steps of our capital is completely unreasonable. Beyond that, you only provided us with two days notice, which is ridiculous. Please talk to our nation leaders on TS when you wish to post another, so we can agree to the terms beforehand. Knox213 10 Share Posted January 15, 2014 Battle is going to happen this sunday, appropriate edits will be made, bare in mind the boundaries are merely boundaries, and the land taken is going to be discussed with the dwarvern leaders some point this week.
xSPULLERx 240 Share Posted January 15, 2014 From the details of the warclaim given to the dwarves, we approve the warclaim under the one condition that our fort is to be regioned from the issues that erupted from the last battle. If the staff denies the request, we will then cancel the warclaim. As of the issue of the war zone, the nation leaders are to still decide upon the area. No zone has yet to be confirmed.
