If you're referring to trees? Yes. If you're referring to the actual plants? No. Thats druid magic which will be introduced with Nexus Magic.

I was thinking, bonemeal used on Trees..yes, but also wheat, pumpkin and melon plants "So they start producing fruit without waiting", Even mushrooms.

This plugin does not affect any existing bonemeal effects. It only adds on. Bonemeal already allowed you to duplicate two block tall flowers by this method, I just added it for all the other types of plants. As for how things change with the magic plugin, I don't know. This is just how it is right now. Enjoy~
