Victory in the North.

In this most glorious year of Snow Maidens 1452, King Heinrik Carrion I, along with the Orcish Wargoths and the Grand King Wulfgar Grandaxe successfully took the entrance into the Far North. The battle revealed a new type of opponents, ones which were a lot harder to kill unlike their fellow brethren. These opponent, as expected took many men to bring them down.

Victory seemed somewhat near, until the forces of Setherin called upon their master to help assist them in removing the forces which were destroying the forces of Setherin with ease.

The soldiers on the field were cold, in disbelief and feared for their lives when Setherin himself appeared on the field. It swooped down, destroying a large proportion of the army in a matter of seconds, Meanwhile the forces of Krug and the order of the Decterum were moving to flank their opponent, hoping that the forces out front were ready to meet them on the other side.

The large party in position to flank was noticed, and upon being noticed charged at its opponent sustaining heavy losses to capture the enemies siege equipment. Upon wondering why the forces of Anthos had not reached them yet, they looked up into the sky to see the beast called Setherin coming at them and quickly dispersed.

It was in this moment that the forces of Anthos thought that they were going to loose, Setherin had destroyed a great deal of its army, the Warrior Rider also picked off men who strayed too far from their original force.

The forces of the Lucienists and the sons of Urguan were finally able to break forward and take control of the enemy fortress, but the forces of Setherin were persistent to continue fighting, even though they were completely defeated they continued to fight, when anybody else in their own right mind would surrender. .

Eventually the battle was ended, there was no real reason to cheer, as the forces of Anthos had lost far more than they had ever imagined.

((Brief write up on what happened, probably missed a ton out, will edit it when I get the chance, tired as **** so I will probably finish/resume it tomorrow.

Quick edit, I am aware of the bad grammar/certain stuff not making sense, as I said. I'll get around to it tomorrow, just wanted to post it now so that people have an understanding on what we accomplished today, I would like to thank everybody who was able to attend today, and hope that they all had a fun day.))

Quelaag stands idle deep in the North, pondering on their recent defeat. Overall, he liked it, and feels that everyone who attended is a good person, with good family values.

The year is 1453 as the Disciples of Sol end their celebration, the fine soldier Daren had lived to tell the tale out of the measly army they were able to muster. For the first time in Anthosian, perhaps in all of history the elves formed a line. Upon reading the news delivered from King Heinrik Carrion first of his name, Darius is taken away with the startling news, "We won the war a year ago?"

Shae'tan sits in eternal facepalm... all the while in a different dimension...

Three figures, clad in orange and yellow all stand within the clearing of a broad open wood. Green leaves sparkling with apples of every sort and the occasional miscoded chicken heart. Hoods mostly shroud their faces, eyes of dark green, red, and light blue gleam out from beneath as a quiet discourse takes place.
"And you're sure... you're sure that this will be enough? There are no bugs correct, and all will be ready for the battle tomorrow?"
"Yes," Another answers, its light blue eyes locking with the one of green, "There is absolutely nothing that can go wrong, we've added in a boss mob to better supplement the forces, and we've upped the damage the normal servants do, as well as elongated the breath of the north range... its fool-proof." he stated with a solid nod.

The one of green and the other of red gaze to each other for a moment, as if a confirmation of sorts, with one voice they spoke, "And you're /sure/, there are no bugs..."
"No, simply features." the one of blue cackled, hands locked behind his back, "Only a few hours until the battle... rush rush~" he urged as the two across from him seemed to waver in particles of purple mist, before with a single resounding boom lightning struck the spot between them, sending them back to the realm of IC where they belonged.

"Though..." the one of blue continued to himself, "I may have forgotten to mention that the servants will only attack an entity with their default AI once every 5 seconds, and only one prophet may exist on the map at a time...". A grin spread beneath the hooded one's cowl...

The Tech giveth, the Tech taketh away.

George stands in the rubble as his eye hangs by string, he ribs the haad off of the beast that took part of his sight, he shoves it into a bag and crawls up to his King "Heinrik the Northern slayer". "Congratulations my king, although we lost men this is still a day we have won..."

Resting his forearms across the bare neck of its black stallion, the Horseman of War cantered from behind the Grim Gate. The arrogant horseman brought himself across the scarlet bridge, the only path past a moat of molten rock. Tilting its head with a sickening click of its spine, War stared yonder past a frozen river and a snowed plain. Before long, the forms became distinguishable, a numerous set of armies of different races. Staring from out of its wrought-iron winged helm, his eyes flickered to and fro along the horizon to size up the adversary. The marching array of soldiery stopped just short of the farthest range of the Grim Gate's Harbingers and cultists, staring in unison upon the Horseman of War. An expulsion of flame and tempered embers poured out from the cracks in War's scale armor, catching him and his other-worldly stallion on fire as it whipped itself in a half-circle facing the Grim Gate. Raising a chain-mail mitton high in the air, War beckoned forth plumes of smoldering ash and smoke to come between it and the prepared armies to allow it to trot back into the Grim Gate and prepare for its moment.

--------------------------

Opening his eyes at the beckoning of a caress, the frail Subudain weakly lifted his head to see a pool of magma stretching before his knelt position. Staring at the pool for a moment, War lifted its head further to see the Umbra sporadically move around him. Engulfing him, his vision growing dim, he notices a freshly molded suit of scale armor drag itself out from the lava. The armor grew near him, dissipating and manifesting around his body as he is lifted up; the armor locking in place and the Umbra dispersing and emerging before him in fuller form. Finally landing upon his feet, the Horseman of War outstretched an arm to catch a lance with the color and texture of obsidian. War cringed as the Umbra shot out spokes of shadow to imprint his other arm and forearm with grotesque runes seared with flame and crackling with thunder.

With a grimace flattening into a stern visage, the Umbra beckoned for War to take heed.

"Take heed War, you have served Setherien grandly despite the defeat. This was a mere trial, for Setherien must gauge his entourage and his drudges and their full capabilities. While the Anthosians feel comforted in a stretch of land, we have dispatched and slain more than half of their armies of Man, Orc, Elf, and Dwarf. Setherien has made a most grand wager in capturing men of the Farthest Steppe and he has now seen that you are a most worthy addition to his kind. War, you are the swiftest and most barbarous and he is satisfied, for it was only you of the Four that served in the defense of the Grim Gate."

((OOC: I am embarrassed and disappointed in the conduct of some of the Antagonists on this thread as someone who is trying to work on hammering out a better Antag/Protag/Player storyline. Edit out your pitiful, petty, and condescending comments as soon as you can and take it to these "coders" that you have issue with personally. Anyways, I am glad that the battle really worked some of your socks off and provided a fun challenge. As the "infamous diamond armor dude", I wasn't playing to kill as many as I could, but wanted to provide a unique, cinematic, and helluva-challenging foe to fight and glad that ya'll enjoyed it. Thanks for not making whiney feedback posts, feel free to talk to me personally if whenever!))

Harbinger Nihil facepalms inside his giant Ice Castle. Writing something into a book before he stores it into his personal library.

As he floats off down into the deepest of the ice construction, he would think to himself and talk to a book. "All works like it should work."

Before he could depard the library he turns around, talking to a dark creature made out of pure evil energy. "Esther, you know what to do..."

The Dark Creature nods with his black mist like body, before it releases a horrible, screech full of anger.
