  1. 1. Why?

  2. 2. What can we do to make this better?

    • New Leader
    • Declare ourselves a city-state, or become a vassal once more
    • More Part-ays.
    • Something Else (Write below)

Just join the rest of the elves, stop causing trouble with other nations when you have a barely visible playerbase, accept the fact you're a culture and not a subrace and stop trying to be a nation, it's unrealistic.

Also I've only ever met 3 snelves max and they were all nobility. Everyone is nobility.

Ill be completely honest,

Its cause of your leader. Wufflebuff has always tried to gain power and lead something for the power. He has rebelled as a dwarf, failed. He is now starting war, failing. I mean seriously man. Realize your mistakes and stop doing them. Causing trouble as a group leader will not bring people to respect you more.

Snelves are a rip-off race that tries to further divide the playerbase, but fails miserably and only has 10 players.

The OOC stigma, from the elven playerbase at least, originates from trying to create a new subrace out of nowhere while the elven subraces were already in a huge mess at the time. (Still are, but we're improving.) As Ouity said, you split a struggling race even further, don't really fit in with any other elves, and from some people's perspective are just recreating Herendul with pointy ears. I personally don't care, however from my character's perspective you're not trustworthy, what with trying to raid her masquerade ball and all that. What can you do about it? I dunno, try to make amends IC perhaps. Being humble can go a long way.

Well, it may that whenever I hear "snow elf", I think of the Falmer from Skyrim. While the lore and all may be rather unique, I feel as if the snow elves serve little purpose on the server (we already have 3 different kinds of elves), and instead are leeching the playerbase, dividing roleplay even more. I say, get yo asses back to dorf-land, or I will be forced to sling you back with your beards.

I dislike the snow-elves because the elves are already mostly dead, why the hell do we need a new subrace? Just be a pure high elf, or a wood elf. It just seems special-snowflakey (pun intended.)

If the leader goes around kicking everyone in the shin's and distastefully trolling.... and he then wonders why people don't like him, it doesn't help your case of trying to be taken seriously.

If you flip out on Teamspeak3, it speaks volume of you as a person and you'll be ostracized.

You're Elves with a fetish for Ice last I recall (perhaps a club ice joke could be made here), you should act like Elves, not Humans with pointy ears.

Elves usually live long enough that they wouldn't bother with fighting anyways, what's the point? Life is fickle and fleeting, it passes them by one century to the next as though it was just a blink. Really you would stop caring about getting all riled up over petty things really and settle down to do more interesting things, like learning a new skill and perfecting it.

I'm going to use Thranduil as an example here. He just stopped giving a **** after a long while. 3000 odd years or more (It's not really explained how old he is but he came from the first age which makes him extremely old), in his life time he has seen Gods, Demons, Dragons, Orcs, every land from the mysterious east and north to the undying lands of Valinor. And in all that time he worked out this one fact, a twisted and warped one that we Humans would ultimately despise and look down upon, but lets look at it from his point of view. Why should he care about lifting a finger or getting himself in danger for anything? He can simply live through it. He lived through Sauron's Reign, Melkor's attempts at dominating the world, and continued on into the fourth age. He simply didn't care at all.

"A hundred years in a Dungeon is but a brief moment in the life of an Elf"

It's stuck up, it's vain and it is a shallow way of thinking, but then again we're not Elves, we're Humans, how we think, act, say and do is based on our nature, Elves however have their own nature. Whilst a Human thinks of "here and now" an Elf thinks in years and centuries. I mean, even an "Elven week" is equated to one Human year, so really it is all in place for this to be a thing.

You guys should be less aggressive is what I am saying. Elves have patience that would usually out-do most Humans technically because they just have that extra time to spend on waiting. Why waste resources and energy on a fleeting matter? Instead wait for a better time when it would be more prudent for you to take action.

Playing an Elf, like an Elf, takes a lot of discipline, and the ability to play it smart.

If you wanted to just rush in and kill all the things may I suggest you make an Orc tribe instead? As that would suit your current roleplay a lot more than playing Elves.

You need to get more of an elven feel, rn from what I've seen, you are just human/dwarves. Join the other elves in the Republic!
