I don't know, I actually enjoyed my RP with the Snow Elves, I think the main thing that gets peoples panties in a twist is your stubbornness over the idea that you're a nation when you technically aren't. I say go with a city-state and hope people change their opinion of you over time.

I'll be honest and say I don't dislike you OOC at all. I've never had a negative experience with you guys (I've heard things, but I'll never base an opinion on rumour). However, I will agree... There is little point in claiming to be a nation when you have the population to support a village.

 

All of that being said, people don't like you IC for a variety of reasons including the fact you intentionally antagonise other groups (i.e. The attempted and failed massacre on the Lenniel ball). Don't be surprised if groups don't like you after such things.

You guys just have to start off small, you need people to be a nation regular activity. 70% of your city is not populated. Start off small then grow! You can't rush it! THe idea is good, the thought of it as well and of course if this is something you burn for work with it. Just keep it within reason and expand accordingly! :)

Most Alrasians don't like you because of recent activity where the leader has been pvping in Alras and stirring up trouble in hopes to cause a war. And then simply persisting in a trolly manner in order to push the guard force to kill him and insight it. Declaring yourselves a nation with 9 people and a not really unique culture (In my opinion) likely doesn't help either.

Maybe you could behave like you actually have the curse of fertility; and thus act like a proper elf. That is, not being gratuitously violent.

 

For example; elves shouldn't be putting their race in danger by going out and raiding. Even if Monks revive you, it's meta-gaming to use that notion to ignore the fact you may die and endanger your race.

 

How to fix your problems? Behave like elves. You are supposed to be fragile, not raiders.

As I have said in the skype chats, you guys conduct yourselves  poorly. OOCly and Icly.

 

You have the leader of the Snow elves, running around in cities antagonizing other settlements and causing trouble ICly. I'm going to be blunt, but any person with a small amount of logic wouldn't come back to cities where he is clearly disliked. Any leader would think about his own people and what image his actions can be reflecting on them. To me, it doesn't seem like Tundrak is ICly very smart.

 

My advise is focusing on your settlement and not declaring war when you don't even have enough players to defend your own cities. What we need is more players, more commoner snow elves. When I first joined you, I expected to interact with more players than what I've seen and I've especially expected to be RPing with peasants. There aren't many. I just found myself RPing with "important" folk.
