Preparation For The Coronation [Ooc]

As everyone knows, since I've won the election I will be requiring a coronation! Luckily today we, myself and the Lord's Council, held a meeting to discuss the duties placed upon each Lord to ensure that this is the finest Dwarvish shindig in the history of the Grand Kingdom of Urguan. Thus, this post is merely a public announcement and a reminder/warning to all the Lords.

 

To the Lord Chamberlain, Kowaman: As stated in the meeting, you are now RPly in charge of ensuring that the coronation is well stocked with Ale (Emberhard from the Elves, and all of the Fine Dwarvish Brews) as well as many different pastries, with the aid of the Orcish Cheif Rug'Lur. A simple task, but make sure that we have a single brew recipe from each and every Clan!

 

To the Lord Chancellor, Hobolympic: Since you were not present at today's meeting, you are now in charge of the invitations of the nobles from our allies. Essentially, you are to invite three of the noble persons from the: Teutonic Order, Princedom of Fenn, the Sovereign State of Alras, The Azogs, and the Orcish Rexdom. You will have to speak to each party RPly and visit their holdings. If you require a guard take Aandie and Roggar with you.

 

To the Lord Paladin, Worldiswar28: You have been charged with ensuring that the actual coronation is done perfectly, you are required to make sure that each available prophet and the High prophet each speak a section of the coronation blessing. After this, you are also in charge of the actual planning of the feast itself, along with the events.

 

To the Lord Specter, Alexander_Wh: I've given you the one of the best roles for the feast, you are in charge of ensuring that the 'special' gift is constructed and presented. Perhaps by the current champion of the Dwarves (Boomack21), if a tournament cannot be held before the coronation day. Good luck, you'll need it! Oh, and also you'll be doing the post... Unless Hobo wants to do it!

 

To the Lord Protector, Josh3738: This'll be the most important role during the coronation. You'll be in charge of making sure that the Legion and my Royal Guards will be performing at the best of their ability. You are to ensure that 2 patrols, and two Legionnaires managing the gates are operating during the coronation. There will be a zero tolerance policy, anyone caught trolling to an extreme extent will be PUNISHED. Also, ensure that those guarding are cycled. I want to make sure everyone has a chance to enjoy the festivities!

 

To, everydwarf else: You'll be expecting the coronation to happen this Thursday the 12th of June, at 7pm EST. Get ready, and bring your RP A-Game! 

 

To, Josh, You better ******* pull your **** together. your actions at the meeting today were undesirable and I will have you Pugsied by Aandie if you pull those stunts again. (If you are confused: Listen to Orders, Don't hop about like a dolt, and don't sit in the Lord's Chairs.)

The coronation will be planned in order for every clan to present it's culture to a great extent, aswell as sub-race culture such as Mountain dwarves and Cave Dwarves, a schedule will be written and expectations given, a few clan relics, books and lore, aswell as a shop stall will be part of it, before the actual coronation happens, this however is a rough idea of how this grand event will get run, expect a schedule and plan ready by the end of tomarrow at most.

The reason we chose Thursday is due to Fimlin being gone for a trip during the weekend this week Friday. We could try to push the crowning to next week Friday (at the latest) if this is convenient for everyone.. Luckily, I do not have an exam that day!
