Plague Originates Among Raevir Men, Again...

Notices are posted in odd places as if to avoid being near areas where people congregate:

For the second time in our lifetime the plague has engulfed an entire city.  Vekaro.  Why does it spread so easily whenever Raevir are around?  Is it their messy buildings?  Or perhaps their personal hygiene?  What is it about these specific types of humans that bring plague upon the rest of humanity?  We trust them with the safeguarding and production of our food, but should we?  The plague always takes root deeply near the Raevir or more specifically, the Carrions.  Think on it before you approach them.  Perhaps the Creator has cursed them for their ungodly ways!

Esmie nods sagely, Speaking aloud as she reads the notice. "They're warlocks, to be sure." She claims, "The reasoning is clear- they're using this plague to spread the will of Iblees himself unto Kaedrin. Hopefully the church will soon realize their heresy."

"Yeah, sure go spread discontent amongst your fellow humans in a time where alien races seek to invade."

Guy Silsbury stares at a notice posted in his emptied slave cellar. He raises his sword and shouts:

"I will betray Cracker of Jack! We must slay every last Raevir!"

Marshal Rahl hears word of these posters. "Filthy dwarfen propaganda...send th' lads out, full plague-suit gear, and tear 'em all down."

Before long, all of the anti-Carrion propaganda posters are torn down.

Siguine scans over the missive before having a chuckle. He reassures his countrymen.

"There's never been a plague spread from Raevirs in the first place. In fact, according to clerical archives, plagues tend to arise when new cultural groups mingle with native populations introducing foreign diseases to the populace. A prime example of this was the Subudai settlement of Oreni territories, resulting in the Great Asulonian Plagues, which ravaged the Kingdom of Seventis. The Raevirs have been well-entrenched in mainland Oren for three or four generations, so if they were responsible for plague, it would have occurred in Kalos or early Anthos when they began to emigrate in mass towards the mainland. Furthermore, the Raevir is particularly subject to this disease, meaning they have little to no immunity towards it, and ergo cannot be considered carriers of plague.

Now, if we are to consider which peoples have freshly immigrated to Oreni society and may have been responsible for this ailment, we can look to mayhaps to the Farfolk Frosts, black of cheek and strange of custom. Never have black southrons been apart of Oreni society in such a way as now, and mayhaps it is their particular stock which has inflicted disease on our realm?

I'd rather attribute this catastrophe to Teutonic bio-weaponry or simple neglect in corpse preservation leading to polluted waters and grain, but if we are to accost a peoples, it must be a peoples new to the realm and its ways, not the Highlandic Raevirs, veterans of countless mainland conflicts, the first line of defense against dwarven intrusion."

Edmond de Savoie furrows his brow, almost unable to comprehend that one of the savage and base negroids of the Far South has the audacity to denounce the 'barbarity' of the Raevir people. That, he thought, was hypocrisy of the highest accord. The blackskins had no place in this country, for they were base by their very nature, prone to worshiping animistic idols and consuming human flesh. Backwards and bestial, devoid of personal hygiene and capable of fashioning only the most simple rock spear, it was almost fact that they themselves were inferior to all the other mannish people, Heartlander or Highlander.
