well I for one think that being like a dwarf in elves clothing as everyone puts it makes you substantially different than the other elves and greatly contributes to the culture of the snow elves.

Well for a start stop being trolls. I have seen many ban reports, and hate mail on snow elves, and it is mainly due to your behavior as a species! All of you seem to be trolls or ooc abusers. Fix that, and I think you'll do alright.

Develop your culture, throw away your physical differences.

 

An ever present problem I have seen is that a bunch of you seem unable to make the difference between OOC and IC. You act as if when your character does something, it was you OOC'ly.

 

A few nameless Snow Elves often act like pricks OOC'ly. Stop it.

I understand that there is an unbelievable amount of ooc and ic dislike and disapproval for the snow elves due to mistakes made both by myself and the previous leader. However I am having fun trying to fix the snow elf reputation even if certain unnamed snow elves continue to aggro foreign raiding parties by acting like bandits.
