  • Minecraft name(s): EpicGamerIsEpic

  • Skype ID: Raziel_Acosta

  • Time zone: EST

  • Have you ever been banned or received a strike? If so, link the report: N/A

  • Do you hold / have you held any other staff positions?  None

  • What MMORPG/video games have you / do you play? (Past and Present) World of Warcraft, Skyrim, Oblivion, Grand Theft Auto (Vice City, San Andreas, III, IV, TBoGT, TLaD, V), Battlefield, Poke'mon, Runescape, Far Cry series, Darksouls, Many Horror games, Many Warcraft games, Many Fire Emblem games, Halo, All Mortal Kombats, Most Tekkens,  Every Assassin's Creed (Console only), Most Hitman games, And many, many more...

  • What are your characters? Are you willing to sacrifice any to become a Event member?

Zhonyx - A gobo side character

Zar'roc'Yar - My main Uruk character.

I'd be willing to sacrifice Zhonyx, which is within my secondary character slot.

  • What race / group do you think your events would best cater to? If none in particular, give an example of the type of group that your events would entertain. I would like for my events to be for most races and groups, but if I were have to choose one it would be the Orcs. I choose the Orcs because they don't get as much RP and events as they deserve, and with their rich lore and Roleplay, I believe they deserve some events that go around in their lands.

  • What do you believe are key factors for a successful event?

Attitude: When doing an event, you do it for the fun. You don't want to be pushy, or appear angry towards players in OOC. And that goes for the players towards the ET member(s), too.

Fun: All ET members create these events for the soul purpose of people having fun. Without fun, what's the point in participating within the event? The more fun, the better.

Participation: I'm sure most ET members would like more people to participate in an event that they worked so hard on to create! I believe the more the merrier, as long as it's organized.

  • When was the last time you saw a event? If I remember correctly it would be Setherien's death back in the Fringe. I didn't play too much in the Fringe, because of OOC matters, but somebody PM'ed me on Skype because of this event, and it was pulled off amazingly!

  • What strengths could you contribute to the Event Team? Are you knowledgeable in lore or great at organizing? I believe it would probably be my knowledge on the lore. I do read the lore a lot, I explore the forum threads and read as much as I can when I'm bored, or I have spare time. That, and probably my OOC attitude, many people see me as a respectable player, because of how flexible and laid back I am.

  • Why do you want to be part of the ET? I've been on this server for a long time, and I've always loved to Roleplay. Through that, I had a huge respect for the Event Team, because of how they created fun, and interesting roleplay for the server. I've wanted to create an ET app for the longest time so I can contribute more to the community, but I've never gotten around to doing it, and I figured now's the time. That, and I'm sure I can create very fun and interesting RP for the people of LoTC. Also I'll be able to meet new people and make new friends. c:

  • Create three distinct RP scenarios/events that you would organize. These are pitches to the Managers and Kai, not to the community. Note: Not all of the group must be handled at once. Eg: 20+ people via 5 person increments in a dungeon.

The Tunnel

Somewhere within Athera there is this crypt-like entrance that seems to go on forever at first glance... After descending the very long flight of stairs, there would be this long, sever like tunnel. There is a large canal of water in the middle, with one walk way on either end. The tunnel is 'very' dark, and odd sounds can be heard coming from the darkness. Once travelling, and descending further into the 'tunnel', the small party, or person would come upon an aquatic 'dragon'. If spotted, the serpent would attack the party/player (them being the territorial beasts they are). The only option given is to run off, or run further into the same direction. If they keep on going in the same direction, they'll eventually come upon this giant grotto. There is a massive 'lake' in the middle, that would probably hold another aquatic 'dragon' in it, which can easily be dodged. Lastly, upon reaching the opposite side of the lake, there will be this odd, large altar with many vials of water on it. Each vial of water appears different, all different in temperature, and color. When and if somebody takes the vial, a loud rumbling would be heard. Boulders would begin falling around the grotto and a whirlpool of freezing water would emit from the altar. In the air, about a good 12 feet above the altar, the spirit of water, Akathro, will appear. The spirit would begin attacking the party, until somebody were to calm the spirit (Such as a Shaman) or some how seal it back into the spirit realm by placing the vial back into the exact same place.  Upon the sealing of the spirit, the altar would split in half, revealing even more stairs. But as the party descends down the stairs, they'll also eventually go up, leading to the outside world.

Ancient Atheran Tomb

Somewhere within Athera, would lie these ruins in no particular order. If the party decides to search these ruins, they may find a door, a door that leads to a dusty and dark tomb. Once upon walking down the stairs, they would walk upon a pressure plate, loud rumbling would be heard and the door behind them would seal airtight shut. Having no other options, the party may delve into the tomb, in which they'll face many difficult puzzles and obstacles that they must use team work to get around.

After all obstacles, etc. have been accomplished, there will be a wide, open room. The room is square in shape, and dusty, due to being untouched for so long. On the other side of the empty room, lies a rectangular, old, ornate coffin. Once the party approaches the coffin, it would prove to be a a "Mimic". The lid to the coffin would open up, showcasing two rows of sharp teeth. After the mimic reveals itself, it would continue to attack the party. If the mimic were to be defeated, the party would be able to press on. There would be a treasury room with decent loot. (The less members in the party, the more the loot) After that, there would be a long corridor, once the party reaches the end, there would be a lever. After they pull the lever, a door would open up, and they can see the moon/sunlight seeping in through the door...

The Hook of an Iblees Cultist

Back when Petrus was first built, there was an Iblees cultist. Foolish he was, to openly preach his religion, out in the middle of the town as if he were a Herald. Guards quickly subdued the heretic, and executed him for heresy...

Legend has it that the Cultist that was executed birthed a hook. The hook now targets Petrus, small Orenian settlements, allies with Oren, and any Orenian trade ships. The hook is a small, crafty being that is only about a foot tall. He'll attack, and or sabotage anything in relation to Oren, and pin it on one of the guards, workers, or citizens. he chooses to work under the cover of night, he'll poison water supplies, cut down sails, desecrate and/or burn down any churches in relation to the creator, infect livestock, destroy shops, anything he can do, to negatively affect Oren, anything. Oren deserves this for what they did to him, he believes. So he won't stop until he sees Oren parish, he'll stop at nothing, or die trying...

  • How long do you plan to stay in the ET? I plan to stay with the Event Team for as long as I possibly can, which is probably a long time.

  • Why do you want to be ET? I wish to create fun, and interesting roleplay experience for me, and for all the players of LoTC.

  • Tell me a joke. LeBron James

I've had multiple experiences with Epic and think it's safe to say that he's a good RP'er, understands how things on LOTC work and he also has an eye for creativity, and if needed can come up with interesting scenarios for players.

He gets my  +1

He knows his lore very well and is excellent at coming up with RP when there is none!

Has perfect knowledge of the lore, and on rules. I personally have enjoyed the little to none RP I've had with him, but however, I  think he'd be perfect for the ET,

And that is the reason I'm +1 this!
