DECLARATION OF FOUNDATION AND GOVERNANCE

THE UNDERKINGDOM

 

 

BY THE INALIENABLE SOVEREIGN AUTHORITY OF THE CLAN OF STARBREAKER, as established by Gotrek Starbreaker and maintained since time immemorial; we, the gathered representatives of this clan, do unanimously and with due justification declare our total separation from the Grand Kingdom of Urguan as the sovereign and independent Underkingdom of Khaz’Varekan.

 

FURTHERMORE, let it be known that the Underking, sovereign of Khaz’Varekan, shall be the focal point of national unity and leader of the Underkingdom, from which all authority and legitimacy proceeds. The first Underking shall be the clan elder of Clan Starbreaker, Dared Starbreaker, who shall assume his royal office upon appointing an heir. At the death or abdication of the Underking, the deceased’s heir shall assume the throne upon selecting a successor.
