Children of Larihei, It is on this day I regrettably inform you of the undesirable, dangerous and vile nature of Alirya Khen'aum. This accursed elf is known to have attempted to assassinate the Sohaer at least on one occasion, has attempted to gather enemies to assault the silver city on at least two occasions and continues to, in the most puerile manner, threaten the Silver City and its denizens. As a consequence, she is deemed a threat to our way of life, our people and the blessed maehr'sae hiylun'ehya. She is to be hunted and exterminated wherever she is found. Elven states offering her refuge are immediately requested to expel her; one state notably being Cerulin. Refusal will be considered the protecting of a fugitive and terrorist by the Cerulin government. Duvaindir then leaves a note: "From my own experience, she is given to play pollster and quarrel with any and all. I'd personally advise she is handed over, but mayhaps it is for the best that some proof be given for we haven't exactly earned ourselves a good reputation.
