            I will tell you a story Kallimar. When I was in middle school I went to a private school. There were a number of kind of sheltered kids there. One of The prettiest girl I have ever met was in that class and she was one of these kids. One day on a field trip I saw her and another girl holding hands walking around, and I literally could have sworn I saw them kiss. On the ride back I looked at the girls sitting behind me that I mentioned earlier and said, "So, are you two lesbians?" In all of my social awkwardness and got the reply of, "What is that?" I then later found out that she literally had never heard of homosexuals before. Holding hands with other girls and cuddling is pretty much typical from what I have seen of 12 year old girls. So again, you sound like a perfectly normal 12 year old girl who has been on the internet a while. :)

nobody's called her names or anything, we've just expressed concern that she's getting caught up in an unhealthy way of thinking. you gotta remember there's a p big age gap, and 12 years old is also hella young. compared to other players who are adults. I honestly don't think she should be worrying about stuff like this, she's so young and shame on tumblr for making her stress over this aromantic relationship-kin hullaballo. 

 

I was confused at 12, then shrugged it off until years later. I agree, 12 is a bit too young for this. But, I don't think she's that young. Plus, I don't see what was so unhealthy of this. Conditions can be odd for someone in a situation like that, but idek.

I don't think any of us would appreciate being spoken to in such a condescending manner. As far as a community goes, the commenters have shown this is hardly an accepting place. There's such a simple rule to live life by: if you have nothing nice to say, don't say it at all.

 

Yeah, she's young, but she specifically asked for no invalidating comments, and y'all Dun Goofed and made real asshats of yourselves.

 

My personal advice to you, kallimar, is to not worry too much about labels, and understand you as a person changes over time. Just accept that you are a human being. Don't worry too much about the labels. Like who you like. That doesn't need to be a fundamental part of your identity.
