Mithras rotates as once again his lanky, nimble but frail form turns towards the table before moving his hands up to his temple with alarm etched onto his solemn features from the pain. He releases a hoarse grunt, gripping the edge of his desk as a faint aura illuminated his eye sockets with the evanescence of the mysterious magic. His slim form crumpled to the ground in a ragged heap of robed darkie. As he awoke, worry etching his features; a single prevalent swear leaving the grim man's lips. "*******... why can I not have a break?" a soft sigh left his lips as he moved to bed to lay himself to rest.

((You mean to say that only the mages will care about the thing that only mages can see? Heresy!))

Daniel stops in his tracks along the road, a painful throbbing starting from within his mind. He squints slightly, seemingly confused by the pain.

"Wha-... What is happening he-!" Daniel is cut off as the pain suddenly jolts into life, forcing him to the ground with its pain alone.

Daniel writhes there, alone and helpless on this country road, grasping desperately at the sides of his face and head. He begins to scratch away the skin from his face as the unworldly pain forces images into his mind. He lies there, the images forced before his eyes as he can only accept them.

After a few agonizing, unending moments, the images cease and the pain slowly recedes. Daniel coughs haggardly as he quickly forces his body up into a sitting position.

"Ugh.. I suppose I'll need to see what this was..." he adds in a pained, hoarse tone.
