Wandering around the city, one would notice the library and several homes, the windows of which have been shattered. A note is pinned to the main notice board.

[!]

" I

address you now.

Just like glass, bones, hopes, expectations and aspirations, can be shattered.

This is a formal warning.

Cease the neglect of your kin, or your kin shall abandon you.

There are some among you who have neglected your duties to the denizens of Haelun'or and for this, you have seen a large migration from Haelun'or to better places. The government of Haelun'or has proven it's incompetency and also it's ineffectiveness. We shall no longer be denied our right to elmaehr'sae hiylun'ehya. "

-

Change is the only constant.

A somber looking Mali'aheral would amble towards the square of Haelun'or - her figure stiff and expectant. She waits for a crowd - or perhaps simply the attention of some - before finally speaking her words.

"Citizens, as your Tilruir'mali I address you now.

If you see the council unfit for their position, or perhaps harming the Maehr'sae Hiylun'ehya - Do not send us anonymous messages and vandalize the homes of the silver cihi. What you do now is merely petty complaints with no basis - or no proposal for the better. If you seek to make changes, do not do so anonymously - face the crowd with your own eyes, and not through paper without name.

Your claim does nothing but complain and whine. If you claim that this... is happening - cease your attempts at mystery and face your people properly and with propositions to change."

A certain scarred mute eyes the paper, having already noted the shattered glass. She briefly considers the writers sanity, glancing up to the first class housing. She decided after a moment of blank staring they were likely just an unintelligent child having a tantrum.
