Vege 4804 Share Posted June 13, 2016 The Eagle’s Rebellion In reaction to the illegitimate succession of Richard Staunton, the exiled pretender with delusions of authority and relevance, rightful Duke Aleksandr Staunton pushes his claim to reign over Courland’s demesne and remove it from the Holy Orenian Empire; understanding that Oren no longer represents the true liberties of humanity. Distancing himself from the incumbent regent Laurence Staunton, unworthy of the most honorable name Percival, Aleksandr declares his allegiance to the valiant fighters against Imperial oppression. The Staunton Laurentists, or those who show cowardice during the rise of the eagle, shall be spared but dishonored. His son, the seven year old regent of Courland, Laurence, has stood aside for his father's return, allowing for him to take his rightful place as ruler of Courland. Glorious will the true Staunton descendants be, for we are the rightful heirs of our precious north. We hereby officially and unconditionally declare war upon the corrupted throne of Oren, and spit on its Laurentine support.
