It was a day as any other within the homeland of the Orcish people. The sun set on the horizon of the burning landscape, as a chilled wind began to usher in from the North. The Rex of the War Uzg would be seen walking along the harsh landscape, making his way toward the red lands. By the time he had arrived, the veil of blue that once blanketed the sky had vanished, leaving a stark reminder of life's duality in its place. As Kharak stepped foot upon the blood soaked region, he took note of the jewels that adorned the otherwise dark abyss, noting the moon in particular, looming overhead in its omnipresent majesty.

The Rex made his way to the shore, to the macabre raft that bobbed up and down on the silent tide. He sat himself inside, struggling to keep the small boat from capsizing. As he settled down, he dug the oars into the murky waters and set off to the island that had started everything:

 Gâmum'Tok, the Island of Disease.

The familiar stench of decay pervaded the nostrils of the Rex as his boat washed ashore. It dug deep into the putrid earth, a mesh of green and red water writhing around it. Kharak stepped from the raft, and stood onto the land that he had used to create the plague that swathed across Vailor. As he glanced around in a fond remembrance, a deep disturbance rattled his core as he noticed something unusual.

In the distance, where the shrine to Orgon had once stood, was now an insult to all the Rex stood for. A healthy tree sprouted from the ground, standing in defiance to the looming threat of decay and pestilence. The invasive fungus that once wrought the region had been repelled, backed into defeat at the poisonous shores of the island. Kharak scurried along what remained of the taint, before standing directly in-front of the smug monstrosity.

It gleamed in the darkness, the leaves swaying back and forth as the tree brimmed with life. In a contemplative reticence, the Rex watched over the tall oak, huffing in a mild amusement. Kharak smirked, fumbling around in his pouch as he spoke, seemingly to himself.

"So, they have decided to poke the bear." He said, pulling out some flint and tinder from his bag. He knelt down beside the base of the tree, striking his tool as he set a spark upon it. Soon, it grew aflame, scorching in the otherwise dead landscape. It cracked and burned in agony as the Rex stood, a resolute determination on his mind.

"Then so be it." He said, returning to the Uzg to pen a warning to the Druids of the Dwarven Grove:

Isldushatâru

I had allowed you to escape the Caliphate, secure in the knowledge that you would not overstep your boundaries again.

I was wrong.

You, Isldushatâru. Those brazen enough to come to my very home and manipulate the land of Krug HIMSELF.

You will suffer for this betrayal.

A plague will befall your people, more foul than those that have felled you before.

It will be fueled with the cries of your Dedicants, and shall scar those of your Cult for generations to come.

Prepare what little provisions you yield.

Death is coming for you all.

Raveran Jentos Blackwood's jaw drops as he sees the poster as he was to go deliver a small gift to his friend Oliver "Oh fack... This beh bad... Vereh bad..." Says he with a sigh, whistling the 'last' words of his ancestor "Qah Qah fuyrej... Bring bring fire. Uruks, you're life, you're means are wrong, you wrong yer' reasons by yer' own actions..." Says he, stomping his for on the ground "Z'is plague... Is but a reason for war..." He then lifts his hand up, reddish sparks finally shooting from his hand in the sky "Filths!" He roars "Filths worst than thou who slew Edward York!"

The Hare Druid smirks when he hears of this declaration, sitting high up in the mountains. "How quaint," he muses, "that the Rex believes we will stop under the threat of death. It has not made us cease before. It will not make us cease now. You who would live as the slave to a spirit of decay and death shall too feel what he stands for: failure."

"Krug should be ashamed of his children for the scourge they have become to the lands of the four brothers and their children. How the once honorable orcs have fallen, to fight with underhanded tactics and go to external sources for their strength when they are more than capable of doing it without. He who sacrificed himself in defense of his brothers, his land, and his people, must now watch as those he protected betray the values he once stood for. For what? For victory? For war? There is nothing to be gained. Nothing to be had from what they do."

"Why would the father of the uruks want to reward those who would destroy his own lands with pestilence in trade for power? Horen would not have stooped so low. Urguan would not have done that. Malin would never even consider such."

"To think. I once respected them for it," he muses, rising to his feet and shouldering his staff. "They have robbed themselves of all reason to respect them, fueled by their own lust for power... a corruption far greater than any plague." With that, he turns and strides off into the forest.

((Also, that's very clearly a spruce tree.))

Aiden laughs as he hears about the declaration. "They wish to spread a disease through the lands of Vailor but expect no resistance?"

Aeran hears.

"Cult? Ha. The only cult thing the Druids have is the whole 'some people deserve to die'-- Oh, and the like 'you'll be killed if you say this stuff'-- Oh, ****, can't forget the...

Yeah accurate I suppose."

"Kharak fails to realise that its not just the druids who can remove their blight upon the land. If a tree is an insult to him then heck go after every place that has trees growing where your blight has failed to reach." says Mukar privatly as he hears of the threat.

Kharak reaches the same conclusion, and sets sail for the Kha island.

FUNGI DRUID DRI'KILLAN:

Looking upon the moment a near frown is emitted from his visage as he feels the taint start to spread out and grow the cries of the order he once followed echoes with concerns and fears but more so cockiness... they shouldn't underestimate the enemy the enemy of nature... yet what is shamanism but the holy tree all magic formed a image of. How can even a deity counter such a feat? The moments echo out in the deaths of nature yet attempts to cleanse and heal seem to have no strong effect as it just spreads... Are we done for... are the druids finally done for.

What can we do to save this world through the malicious nature of the shamans... Should we bow down or should we fight- not the taint but the ones inflicting it... Surly a strife of battle can change the waver of war yet what'll that'll cause in the end... more death and the taint to grow...

All that is clear is if this taint doesn't stop the realm will fall... though if we stop the taint only a darkness will remain in our hearts. A hard choice for a hard moment in our time... What could've drove the shamans to commit such murderous actions to the realm...

Who is to blame or is this the work of a psychotic being wanting to see us all be destroyed. We shall only see what'll happen when the time comes... when it all comes... What will the druids do and think of, not apart of the order is tough not to have an opinion but to this threat level to the realm even my presence would hinder thought- I believe I should stay out of this matter and start to perform little acts as I've done though what is clear is that the druids and orcs both will hold heavy sorrows at the end of this battle.

The fungi druid seems to lower his head to a prayer.

EVARK EVOCRESS:

Upon looking at the poster a small glimmer of a sigh comes under his breath before he begins to stroll off before he looks up towards the blue skies resting above, no clouds in sight to the endless distance... The fresh breeze touching his flesh before he takes a deep breath in absorbing the natures smell. Such a moment might not last long with what the shamans have planned. This moment with nature won't last long and the druids finally cannot hold back against this warfare.

Turning back to look towards a small patch of grass, seeing the moments unfold in the sands of orcs the taint and corruption will soon leak out even in the lands of the sacred temple of monks. Will anyone be safe against the strife to unfold here... Maybe we need to join sides to growth and decay yet do I still hold that truce with orcs that I held so many years ago. I must speak towards one of the shamans... My friend, my child.

Lepidus smirks wildly as he hears of the threats, belting off a new insult every other minute.

"The only nature an Orc cares to appreciate is cactus green."

"Orcs could easily make the druids leave if they simply just kept breathing near them."

"No wonder the Orcs need to raid for everything they have, I'd rather defecate in my hand than do myself the disservice of touching any of their disgusting handiwork."

"I'm surprised they haven't gone extinct, I know I'd be a virgin if all the women in Felsen were that ugly."

"I would honestly be surprised if there was a difference between being Rex and a pimp for male escorts."

He continues to walk about, the war of words raging on...

The Tortoise Druid gives a wry smirk as he hears about the warning, chuckling softly. "Arrogance and ignorance. Such a combination. Their warnings mean nothing to us. The Aspects shall protect us." he'd state to the the other wood-elf in the room, before going back to eating his mango.

"Why do they burn the trees down? They could at least collect it's resources and have a better looking hut, rather than living in their ****." Toren mutters back to Muildir.
