What I mean by that is, you aim to make it more public and the things they do are for good reasons. But when things like this happens, regardless if it was Admins or not, reflects badly on staff as a whole and creatres distrust and hate.

To my knowledge, Ever adequately covered the situation on a previous post. While I agree that information should be released to the public, including that information, I cannot speak on behalf of other Teams, I can only handle what pertains to the GM Team, and this matter is not in the hands of the GM Team.

I am really glad the GM team is reqlly trying to improve transparency. It's definitely a step toward hopefully fixing a lot of issues and grievances people have with the GMs and LotC as a whole. Do you know if any of the other teams will be taking further steps to improve transparency as well?

I had it on hand so I fished it up for you, it may help. There was plenty of light shed on the situation, if you are concerned you also have the responsibility of staying updated on the situation. In this case, the problem of communication is not ours.
