Please add that 1.8 pvp only means no swing timers, everything else would remain (shields, new enchants, elytra, etc)

You probably should have added a don't care option or something like that. I suspect a number of us (myself included) don't really care one way or another. Not sure if they'd be more likely to vote 1.9 or 1.8 if they don't care, but it would probably give more accurate data for the split of people who actually have a strong opinion.
