I can, but usually it's because they've either gotten used to 1.9 or prefer the more room for mistake - which I can agree with. If you get poked on TS or something in the middle of a 1.8 duel and tab out, you're done for.

How's there more room for mistake in 1.9 pvp? If you miss a single swing in 1.9 it's gg wp unless you're fighting someone ****-tier, whereas in 1.8 you can afford to miss a fair bit unless you're against a flay
