Let's just everyone a racial buff aye? But I like that this buff is dynamic like how the kha get a jump boost or delves get speed. Give every race a double shift boost please my lord.

Uruk buff should be when a uruk takes damage, they get strength for 8 seconds. bloodlust, works with lore.

Except that's OP, as in a fight, you constantly take damage, and the orcish buff was removed due to every buff directly related to damage was removed.

Both are the only races with less than avarage amount of health, the only two races with two racial skills... and goblins even have both speed and more health than halflings. Don't see why not half-men shouldn't have the same passive speed buff as gobos do.
