So, after thinking about it for a few hours I came to ask myself 'what exactly makes this timer diffrent from the timer we had before' and to be honest I can't realy think of anything aside from the wait being AFTER you make the item now. And that also made me wonder why there needs to be a timer for crafting anyways? I've played on a bunch of other servers, none of those ever needed them so why does lotc?
