By order of King Marius II, Varon of House Kovachev, Duke of Carnatia, Count of Kvasz, Turov, Kovachgrad, Baron of Valwyk and Venzia, Lord of the Stone is declared dead, having not been seen for the past four Saint’s Weeks.  LORD grant Lord Varon rest as he passes on into Your loving embrace.

 

As a result of these unfortunate circumstances, His Royal Majesty decrees that all titles and incomes of His Grace Varon Kovachev are to be returned to the Crown, to be personally seen to by the King.  It is the hopes of His Majesty that Carnatia and all subject lands will continue to prosper under Royal gaze.
