Issued and Confirmed on 8th of the First Seed, 1722

During the parliamentary years of peace during the seventh Empire, discourse and cooperation between the constituents of mankind stood at an all time high. As a species, we recognized the value of our unity. In the years following the coalition war, the Lords, Royals, and elected officials of the Empire gathered at the first Summit of Cyrilsburg in Curon, to discuss and prepare for the peace to come. Since those golden years, much has changed. The War of Two Emperors has splintered the Renatian Empire. Humanity has fallen victim to old feuds and forgotten that when unified, working for common goals, against common enemies, we thrive.

Thus, King of Curonia, longing for the days when his royal peers spoke before they fought, does summon and invite his sovereign peers to attend the First Summit of Avalain. At the summit, they shall discuss the future of Mankind, determining strategies that might lead us to work together as a united species once more. They shall discuss the peace they have achieved, only through war, and the Union of Man, the Pax Orenia, that shall follow, in order to preserve the peace and supremacy of man.

The following sovereigns are invited to speak at the summit, or to send a single representative in their stead, to speak for them.

His Imperial Majesty, Godfrey II Cascadia of the Holy Orenian Empire
His Serene Highness, Ider I Haraccus of the Principality of Ves
His Royal Majesty, Pierce I Devereux of the Kingdom of Curonia

Additionally, the citizens and leaders of the following nations are invited to bear witness to the summit.

The citizens and peers of the Holy Orenian Empire
The citizens and peers of the Principality of Ves
The citizens and peers of the Kingdom of Curonia
The citizens and peers of the Archduchy of Suffonia
The citizens and peers of the Duchy of Cresonia
The citizens and peers of Rosenyr

The summit shall commence with an open discussion between the three representatives, during which they shall discuss the Pax Orenia. It shall conclude with a town hall style forum, during which the observers of the summit may pose their questions to the representatives. Any individual, citizen, peer, or speaking representative, who brings violence or threats into the summit shall be immediately removed. The summit is one of peace and Union, its ultimate goal being to sign an alliance of peace, union, and mutual sovereignty, between the Royal Constituents of Mankind.

The summit shall occur in two saint’s days time in the Royal Palace of Avalain, Curonia ((Saturday, 6/29, 3PM EST)).

Signed by,

His Royal Majesty, Pierce I of House Devereux the King of Curonia,
Duke of Curon & Umbra, Count of Cyrilsburg & Avalain, Baron of Arisan,
Blackreach, Rivia, & Vasile, and Lord of Bear Mountain & Blackden

Charles would eat a loaf of bread while reading the missive getting crumbs all over it, planning on attending.

Alasdair pats his beard, deciding it does not require trimming.

John shrugs as he reads the document, “The spirit of this is good, but without inviting Haense, this cannot truly be an effort towards healing wounds and establishing unity in the wake of such a divisive war. I can only hope there is no ulterior motive.”

The citizens and peers of the Holy Orenian Empire” are clearly invited, which, last I checked, included Haense.

“Writer most likely did not invite haense because he considers them apart of the holy orenian empire. Notice how all the nations invited are independent?”

Pierce taps his head from a distance away, as this guy gets it.

The man, who is presumably beside John as he is speaking to him directly, would receive a bright grin, “Perhaps they are not independent, but a significant group with cultural differences and necessities that should be consulted. In my opinion! What better way to sew peace?”

“As the title of the Emperor has changed, so has the number.” comments a scholar.
