auLune 400 Share Posted January 9, 2020 THE HAENSER FOLLEY The Haenser forces being decapitated while trapped below the walls of Rubern. The dust sprouted up off the dirt-ridden road as boots clashed against it - the remnants of a Haenser force had been routed and ran for the hills; whether that be through magical, sky-god esque means, or via the use of such a road. This was the fate of the Haenser force this very day, but what happened as a precursor to such events? The day had started with a dull atmosphere about it, the roads were quiet and the cities even quieter. Lifeless amongst most things, that was until a lone merchant by the name of Red Roger trepased across the roads - he was quickly subdued, taken back to Rubern to be properly quarantined (suspected of carrying the Haenser plague). At the foot of Rubern, posed a lone soldier hailing from the County of Darrowmere; his shield was lofted high as he awaited the oncoming scourge, that he presumed would arrive imminently. With much waiting, it arrived - the Haenser scourge ran at him with all of their vigour, the Lothranian quickly turned tail and pulled on a singular piece of rope that collapsed the road underneath them! Trapping all within the confines of Rubern, Hoo-rah! The Haensers were scurrying amongst themselves like rats. On the wall, the men of Rubern and Morsgrad sallied up with their bows at the ready to put them all down like the dogs they were. What came next was the obvious, arrow-shots were traded but the Haenser forces had nowhere to retreat to. As such, they were quickly dispatched with. The A.I.S with a meagre banditting force had caused calamities to the Haenser army that they rallied - the force who prior claimed that they “Owned the Roads”, but fear not; fellow comrades of the A.I.S it is a lie they repeat over and over to make themselves believe their own delusions. The captured forces were quickly brought to the newly renovated Ruberni gallows to be put to death - and they were put to death quickly. The dust sprouted up off the dirt-ridden road as boots clashed against it - the remnants of a Haenser force had been routed and ran for the hills; whether that be through magical, sky-god esque means, or via the use of such a road. However, it is noted that despite their outcries against the use of child-soldiers and child related affairs - the Haenser army had conscripted children into their forces once more. Callum 1009 Share Posted January 9, 2020 Dimitri readied his bow as he looked down at the Haensers that littered his trap, a small grin crossing his face as he knocked an arrow. With that, he shot a flurry of arrows alongside his fellow soldiers - and it did not take long for the fight to be finished. Jumping in to the trap himself, after the fight, he checked any for signs of life - seeing one Renoran clinging to life desperately like the rat he is, grabbing him by the head he would drag him off to the gallows. It would be here that Renoran would meet his fate, a timely death at the hands of the A.I.S - certainly not the first, nor the last that would be claimed by Dimitri or the A.I.S. This has been a thing for years in LoTC, plus real-life back in the old times the age of adulthood was 12 or 13.
